EDWIN CORRADO and his family in Guatemala (they are members of my church in CA). His 14 year old nephew, as he was leaving his grandmother's house (Edwin's mother) Tuesday night, was gunned down and killed by a man on a motorcycle. On Wednesday morning the same man came by and shouted from the street "Please forgive me - he was not who I thought he was" then sped away - police are still searching for the killer. Edwin's mother and sister are extremely distraught at this senseless killing, as is Edwin.

Please pray for the whole family during this painful time.

9/3/08 Heritage Baptist Church, Dee: My granddaughter Trudel thinks she is gay and got pregnant out of spite 7 years ago. She has been passing Zoë, her daughter, from lover to lover. The courts have found her unfit. I am trying to get her instead of the new lover that is trying to get her. Please pray for me to get custody of her.

9/3/08 COLBC Carolyn: Cindy is Carolyn’s daughter…. They think Cindy's daughter in law, AMY, might have had a stroke Saturday. She is 26 yrs today that is too young to have that happen. She has to go to a neurologist as they did find a spot with an MRI in her head. Please pray for whole, total and complete healing for her. Thank you.

8/27/08 COLBC Kris: She is having some financial problems and needs to refinance her home. She asks prayer for a good interest rate and that financial situation will be turned around.

8/27/08 Diana: Could you pray for my Dad and his roommate, they need to quit smoking and try and get healthy, and I know they can’t do it alone.

8/27/08 COLBC, Rosemary & Gary: We are having medical tests this week. Also we are leaving for Idaho for a vacation on the 27th. Please pray for good test results and a safe journey for us.

8/27/08 PRAISE! We had been praying for my children in Florida that were in the path of the hurricane. When I talked to them today they said everyone got slammed for days, up to 22” of rain but they remained in a dry pocket and only got a little mist. I also want to thank you for the prayers for my estate sale. We were truly blessed and sold a least 1/3 of the things. GOD IS GOOD!!!!!!!! J

They have her on medication but for it to work as it should she needs to remain quiet for the next 4 months because if she excited and active it will cause chunks of the heart to come off instead of just killing the worms. Please pray for calm and healing for her.

Please pray for Steven Jones he really need your prayers. He left his wife which is ill she have frequent blackouts and seizures and she do not suppose to be driving. She did graduate on May 16th with a BBA degree in Business Administration she is really striving for the lord to continue to bless her. I really thank god for that. She is my sister in law and I love her and my brother. He left for a woman that is marry and he have lost his job and his vehicle and he do not have any type of transportation. Please help my brother to repent to god. He recently got save at your church but how can you be save and you are not doing right. The wages of sin is death. So please to continue to pray for my brother Steven Jones and Kim Conard and especially his wife she need all of your help and that god give her more strength and remove all of her sickness. I know god will make a way out of no way it just by prayer and the grace of the lord. hello friend and paster i'm seeking prayer for faith. I 'm good for praying and asking for thing and never taking my hands off of it. i will help and give all i can ,but not so will to be help. I have a very big heart and not enought hands for take care of the needs of every or myself. put myself fist is a battle. Allowing others to put me first is a bigger battle. there a ? in my mind of who I am and what god want me to do. I'm at a fork in the rond realy not sure which way to go. And it's all becuase of FEAR.

Please pray for Daniel Charnas. He is my coworker and he has been diagnosed with Cancer. I would like him to know that he is not alone and we are all praying for him. I know that prayer works, because had it not been for prayer, I'm not sure where I would be today. Dan, We love you and I'm asking all readers to pray for your strenght and your recovery.
