As I’m sure most of you know, a lot of our music files on the PraiseNet make use of the Quicktime player from Apple Computer. We like the player because of its compact size as well as Quicktime’s near-lossless compression scheme. What we don’t like is Apple’s aggressive alerts every time they update Quicktime—which seems to be almost every month, now. These alerts usually cause Explorer to crash, then I get the emails complaining about the site. It’s not the site—it’s Microsoft giving Apple a hard time.
Apple has just released yet another update of Quicktime. Frequent visitors to his online ministry may want to go ahead and install it to get in front of the irritating alert which is bound to crash your browser sooner or later.
